Get to Know Me

As a Monterey Peninsula resident of 16 years, Kevin Boggs is no stranger to real estate. Although his background is in steel fabrication, Kevin has invested in real estate since 1985, when he and his wife, Annette, bought their first home together. From that point forward, he was hooked on investing in property around the country. After retiring from steel fabrication, he obtained his real estate license and worked as a referral agent alongside Annette.
 
In Kevin’s free time, he can be found on one of the many beautiful golf courses this peninsula has to offer. He’s also a regular at Pebble Beach golf events, spends time with his granddaughter, and enjoys his time at home with Annette and their rescue dog, Murphy.
